Quantity Discounts

We happily offer discounts to large orders as well as contracts with state agencies and school districts.

The percentage of your discount is determined by the subtotal of the order because that is what matters most to you. The discount is not based upon any specific quantity. Please contact us for a formal quote in order to determine what your discount will be: accounts@kingore.com

Payment Methods and POs

We welcome purchase orders from state agencies, school districts, campuses, and universities. A signed copy of the approved purchase order is required before fulfilling it; therefore, the online store does not accept POs. Payment for all purchase orders is 60 days.

We also accept all credit and debit cards. (For refunded orders, there will be a 5% credit card processing fee of the original transaction amount.)

Tax-exempt Status

Please provide a copy of your organization’s tax exemption certificate so we are able to honor your status. Public school systems exempt from sales tax are not required to provide documentation.

Fullfillment

Orders typically ship within 24 hours via UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail, depending upon the shipment size. For expedited services, please call to place your order and confirm the shipping cost: 866-335-1460.

Returns and Refunds

The return of perfect bound books that are in NEW condition is welcome. Sales of digital publications as well as the assignment of site licenses are final and nontransferable. For credit card processing fees, a 5% charge of the original transaction amount will be added. Sales paid by direct deposit or check receive a complete refund.

If you ordered your materials in error, the shipping and handling charges are non refundable. When your return has been received, your card will be credited. Exchanges are not available until after the material has been returned to apply as credit.

If there is any damage to your shipment, please take a picture of the package before you open it, and then, dispose of the packaging. This documentation is necessary to issue a refund.
