Shipping and Fullfillment

Orders typically ship within 48 hours (during the work week) via UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail, depending upon the shipment’s volume. Freight shipping is also available via UPS.

  • International inquiries, please email: info@kingore.com. Our materials have been purchased from China, Mexico, Canada, Caribbean, Brazil, England, Australia, and more.

The shipping cost is 10% of the retail subtotal, and the minimum shipping cost is $10.00. Bulk orders are offered reduced rates.

Quantity Discounts

We offer discounts to large orders as well as contracts with school districts and state agencies. The percentage of your discount is determined by the subtotal of the order, not the quantity of titles. Please contact us for a formal quote to determine what your discount will be: accounts@kingore.com

Payment Methods and POs

We welcome purchase orders from campuses, school districts, state agencies, and universities. A formal copy of the approved purchase order is required before fulfilling it. Therefore, the online store does not accept POs. The payment timeframe for all purchase orders is 90 days from receiving our invoice after your shipment is complete.

The Bookstore accepts, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all credit and debit cards. (For refunded orders, there is a 10% credit card processing fee of the original transaction amount.)

Tax-exempt Status

Please provide a copy of your organization’s tax exemption certificate so we are able to honor your status. Public school systems exempt from sales tax are not asked to provide documentation.

Returns and Refunds

If there is any damage to your shipment, please take a picture of the package before you open it, and then, dispose of the packaging. This documentation is necessary to file a claim and issue a replacement shipment. Thank you

The return of perfect bound books that are in new condition is welcome. When your return has been received, your card will be immediately credited or PO canceled.

  • Exchanges are not available until after the material has been returned to apply as credit.
  • Site licenses are nontransferable.

For credit and debit card processing fees, a 5% charge of the original transaction amount is added. Sales paid by direct deposit, check, or cash (with our exhibitor’s receipt) receive a complete refund.
