Do you accept purchase orders?
We welcome purchase orders from state agencies, school districts, campuses, and universities. We do require a signed copy of the approved purchase order before fulfilling it.

Will you honor our tax-exempt status?
Please provide a copy of your organization’s tax exemption certificate. Public school systems exempt from sales tax are not required to provide documentation.
Do you offer discounts?

What is your fulfillment time?
Orders typically ship within 24 hours. Please call for expedited or international services.
Do you accept returns?
For a full refund, we accept the return of perfect bound books that are in new condition. The shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
